What is holistic integrative therapy?
Holistic integrative therapy offers a personalized approach to mental health treatment that focuses on the whole person. This can lead to sustained improvements in mental health and overall wellbeing by allowing clients to address the root causes of their struggles. I will tailor treatment to meet each client's unique needs, promoting a stronger therapeutic relationship. Clients can then build resilience and coping skills, promoting long-term mental and emotional health.
My approach is to empower clients to take an active role in their own healing process, leading to a sense of control over their mental health and overall wellbeing.
How many sessions will I need
This varies greatly. Some individuals have a clear goal they wish to achieve, whilst others may embark on a journey of self/personal development, which can last some time.
