Our sessions are held via a secure, encrypted video platform. Before each appointment, you will receive a private link to our virtual room. All you need is a quiet space where you won't be interrupted and a stable internet connection. We will meet for 50 minutes at a consistent weekly time, maintaining a reliable therapeutic rhythm.
Creating a Supportive Space
To get the most from our time, I invite you to create a small 'container' for your session. This might include a comfortable chair, a glass of water, or positioning yourself where you can see a plant or a window. This conscious preparation helps bridge the transition from your home environment into our therapeutic space, allowing your nervous system to settle.

Fees & Professional Standards
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £70. As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to a strict ethical framework, ensuring professional integrity and confidentiality remains paramount in our virtual space.
