1:1 Therapy: A Space for Deep Integration
Individual therapy provides a grounded, nature-informed space to explore the layers of your experience. This is a quiet and compassionate container for deep-feeling adults who are navigating periods of transition, high-functioning stress, or the weight of long-term overwhelm.
- Gently regulating emotional intensity
- Exploring alcohol use and addiction as coping
- Reconnecting with self during identity shifts and burnout
- Nature-informed processing and somatic awareness
I offer regular 50-minute weekly sessions to provide ongoing therapeutic consistency. These are available via Zoom or in-person at my private Bickley space. This quiet environment has its own entrance and is set within a conservatory overlooking a peaceful garden. For your ease of access, there is free parking normally available right outside the door.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Movement often creates a soft landing for difficult feelings. By walking outdoors together, we use the natural environment to help regulate your nervous system and find fresh paths toward clarity and grounding.
- Regulate emotional intensity through the rhythm of movement
- Side-by-side connection in a nature-informed container
- Trauma-informed support for identity shifts, burnout, and depth-feeling adults
Session length: 50 minutes Locations: Bromley, Petts Wood & Chislehurst nature trails
