Disclosure only occurs under legal mandate, or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or during anonymous clinical supervision.

How Your Information Is Stored

Physical notes are stored in locked cabinets, while digital data is encrypted and password-protected. Records are kept for 7 years post-therapy as required by insurance guidelines, then securely destroyed.

You have the right to access your information, rectify inaccuracies, or request data deletion under certain conditions.
