Therapeutic support that meets you where you are. Online therapy offers the same depth of connection and exploratory space as in-person work, with the added flexibility of attending sessions from a place where you feel most at ease. Like many therapists, my practice moved online during the Covid lockdowns, and I completed specialist training in online therapy. It is a deeply human and effective way to engage with your healing journey, grounded in the same relational principles as my face-to-face work.

How Sessions Work Online

Our sessions are held via a secure, encrypted video platform. Before each appointment, you will receive a private link to our virtual room. All you need is a quiet space where you won't be interrupted and a stable internet connection. We will meet for 50 minutes at a consistent weekly time, maintaining a reliable therapeutic rhythm.

Creating a Supportive Space

To get the most from our time, I invite you to create a small 'container' for your session. This might include a comfortable chair, a glass of water, or positioning yourself where you can see a plant or a window. This conscious preparation helps bridge the transition from your home environment into our therapeutic space, allowing your nervous system to settle.

Though we are physically separated, nature remains a vital grounded focus. We utilize imagery, awareness of seasonal cycles, and natural objects from your environment to bring regulation and rhythm to our work.
