Therapy
Therapy is a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone. My approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and grounded in curiosity — helping you understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, identity shifts, old wounds, or a sense that something needs to change, we work gently and at your pace.
How I work
I work pluralistically, drawing from relational, existential, somatic, and trauma‑informed approaches. This means we explore both your inner world and the patterns that show up in your relationships, body, and daily life. You don’t need to arrive with answers — just a willingness to explore what’s happening for you.
• We move at a pace that feels safe
• You choose what we focus on
• There is no pressure to share more than you want
• We work collaboratively, not diagnostically
Many adults only recognise ADHD traits later in life — often after their children are assessed. You might be navigating overwhelm, emotional intensity, masking, or long‑standing coping patterns, including alcohol. I don’t diagnose ADHD, but I offer a grounded, relational space to explore the identity shifts and exhaustion that can come with a late realisation.
3. Identity Evolution
For the moments when who you’ve been no longer fits who you’re becoming. This pathway supports you through transitions, shifts in identity, and the quiet sense that something in you is changing. We explore who you are now, what you’re shedding, and what you’re growing toward.
