Frequently Asked Questions
Finding the right therapeutic support is a significant step toward balance. Below are some common questions about how I work, the rhythms of our sessions, and how we might begin a nature-informed journey toward clarity together.
Discovery Call
What can I expect from our discovery call?
In our 20–30 minute discovery call, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and whether we feel like a good fit to work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. You can ask any questions you have about my approach, practicalities, or next steps, and we’ll decide together if continuing feels right for you.
Where and how do sessions take place?
I work across several settings to suit your needs:
- Walk-and-Talk: Held outdoors in the rhythmic landscape of Bromley, Petts Wood, and Chislehurst.
In-Person: Held in the calm space of Bickley.
Online: Video sessions available UK-wide for those navigating identity shifts or burnout from the comfort of their own space.
Frequency: We usually meet weekly at the same time to build a therapeutic container, with flexibility to adjust later.
What are your fees?
Walk‑and‑Talk sessions are £75, in‑person sessions are £70 and online sessions are £60 for 50 minutes.Payment is made by bank transfer, and I’ll share the details with you when we confirm your first session. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee will be due.I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we can talk together if something outside your control prevents you from attending.
How can I get in touch to start?

What can I expect in our first session?
Our first meeting is designed as a gentle space for you to land and breathe. We will move at a pace that feels safe for you, exploring what brings you into therapy today without any requirement to share more than you feel ready to hold. This time is simply an invitation to begin our conversation and discover how we might walk together toward your healing.
