Therapy

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone. My approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and grounded in curiosity — helping you understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, identity shifts, old wounds, or a sense that something needs to change, we work gently and at your pace.

How I work

I work integratively, drawing from relational, existential, somatic, and trauma‑informed approaches. This means we explore both your inner world and the patterns that show up in your relationships, body, and daily life. You don’t need to arrive with answers — just a willingness to explore what’s happening for you. • We move at a pace that feels safe • You choose what we focus on • There is no pressure to share more than you want • We work collaboratively, not diagnostically

1. Emotional Overwhelm

For when everything feels “too much” — internally, externally, or both. This pathway supports you in understanding what’s happening beneath the intensity, helping you find steadiness, grounding, and a clearer sense of yourself.

3. Identity Evolution

For the moments when who you’ve been no longer fits who you’re becoming. This pathway supports you through transitions, shifts in identity, and the quiet sense that something in you is changing. We explore who you are now, what you’re shedding, and what you’re growing toward.

5. Ecotherapy

For when being indoors feels too tight, too still, or too far from yourself. Ecotherapy brings the therapeutic process into nature — using movement, breath, and the natural world to help you regulate, reflect, and reconnect.

2. Clearing Patterns

For the emotional or relational patterns that keep repeating — in your thoughts, your body, or your relationships. Together we trace where these patterns began, how they’ve protected you, and how to gently loosen what no longer serves you.

4. Alcohol as Coping

For when drinking has become a way to manage stress, numbness, or emotional intensity. This pathway offers a compassionate space to understand the role alcohol plays in your life and explore steadier, more supportive ways of coping.
