I am Louise, an Integrative Counsellor offering a safe, trauma-informed haven for reflective adults. Many people I work with feel stretched thin or are navigating major life evolutions and want to find a more gentle way to exist.
- My work is centered on humanistic focus and personal meaning, utilizing psychodynamic perspectives to understand your past relationships. I integrate CBT with body awareness to help you stay present. We approach every session with deep care. We meet for 50-minute blocks, starting with an initial conversation to see how I can best support your needs.

Hawkswood Estate features ancient woodland paths for a sense of natural shelter, whereas Jubilee Park offers wide, wildflower meadows that invite a more expansive and reflective rhythm. If you prefer a traditional setting, my private Bickley is a peaceful retreat located in a calm garden conservatory. With its separate entrance, this quiet workspace serves as a stable anchor for you to safely explore your personal journey.
